Develop a conversational solution to engage and create personalized experiences for customers.
Being a large conglomerate of fashion brands, the solution needed to be generic to work for each one of them, while at the same time, flexible enough to deal with the different types of product data and brand style. To achieve this, we’ve built a platform from which every branded app would be built on. When deploying each app, the platform would then be configured accordingly: • With a style system that could be easily replaced by a single terminal command. • By a product detail schema and UX/UI that would be injected into the platform bundle to accommodate the different types of product data. • The brand’s product (and stock) API and CRM configurations.
• A platform on top of which multiple branded apps could be generated from. • Design system that could configure each app with the respective brand’s look and feel by running a single terminal command • A script to generate localized texts to be used on the app for stores in different countries. • Used Payworks iOS framework in a direct purchase flow, which enabled store assistants to handle transactions in the device itself, using a card reader and/or AliPay. • Two separate streams of related results for product searches, using Cortexica Vision Systems API, iOS CoreGraphics framework, and IBM Visual Search API. • A standalone iPad app for user signups, intended to enhance the experience for users subscribing to services.
